I took my 2012 Nissan in over a year ago and both Andrew and Brian had me at hello! The warm welcome, great customer service and knowledge is superb! The mechanics are true magicians! This is the only auto shop I have ever experienced being so detailed and professional communication techniques! The prices are reasonable and suggestions for future repair is only suggested never pushed! I will never take my car to another shop after the wonderful experience I have had with Shiges auto! There was only one negative review and it was from someone who clearly had the wrong auto repair shop! I will be visiting soon because my car is due for an oil change! Happy Holidays

Everyone was extremely kind, and the overall explanations were very thorough and easy to understand. They also clearly outlined the key points to look out for going forward in a very organized way. I was really pleased with everything.
This is the place you go if you have a car. Take it to a dealer if you want to. Shige has been in city of Gardena for years. I retired from UPS in 2013 and delivered to their shop for 12 years. All I can say is about Shige is ... SERVICE ...KNOWLEDGE....FRIENDLY....HONEST. No tricks at this shop. The car they service was a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder.

I brought my car in for a engine knocking sound. Within ten minutes of my initial visit Mustafa diagnosed the issue just by ear. I immediately felt comfortable knowing they would take good care of my car as Mustafa seemed very confident. I forget the names of who all worked on my car but they all did a fantastic job. Throughout the week I got picture and video updates of the cars condition. First shop in my life where they updated me and were reasonable with price and open about prices as well. There is absolutely no scamming at this shop. They know what they are doing and they are very quick too. I had my car back within a week and they didn’t just replace one part they replaced a ton of parts as I requested. I also like how they inspect every part of your car and let you know what things will need to be replaced in the near future. They don’t push for money they push for quality. And I sure can say my car has never sounded better. They are so professional. Anthony helped me out as well and he was very professional. It’s nice having customer relations and knowing exactly what their plan is in fixing the car. I am extremely happy I went to this shop. And I will be back. I wouldn’t recommend going to any other shop. And if you’re hesitant just give it a shot you won’t regret it. These people know what they are doing. No BS.
