I always take my vehicle to Shige's because I like the service provided. I've been taking my vehicles to Shige's for over 25 years when Shige managed the business with his wife and son, John. I like the detail reports provided after my vehicle is serviced and appreciate the cost of service and/or repairs, which is usually less than taking my vehicle to the dealership. The office staff is friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Of course, since the pandemic began, I have not taken my vehicle to Shige's as much as in previous years, so, it is nice to know that John and the others still remember me (Ha, ha).
