Excellent service through and through. I called in for a standard oil change for the next day, first thing in the morning and they were able to accommodate. They offered free shuttle service (drop off and pick up), which was really nice as well. After oil change was done, they did a free multi-point inspection and sent me a comprehensive report - including pictures to prove the inspection was actually done. They told me about an alignment that needed to be done, and was very honest about the situation. They said it's not a huge emergency to fix yet, but I decided to do it anyways to save another trip to the mechanic. They did the alignment in another 2 hours and picked me up when it was done. Car: Toyota Avalon 2019 Pricing: Oil change - about $100 | Alignment - about $180 Total time: ~4.5 hours Service: 10/10 Honesty: 10/10 They will become my full-time mechanic.

Honest and Competent! Brought my Infiniti G37 in for a second opinion. They fixed what another shop couldn't. Great communication and did exactly what they said they would. They deserve the great reputation they have.

Two particular services that Shige's offers their customers are: one, if you have a large repair and they need to keep your car for a 1/2 to full day, they have a free drop-off/pick-up service for the customer which is super convenient. The second and more important service that they offer is they do a full check of your vehicle when you bring it in for routine maintenance and they actually take pictures of the items that need repair now or in the near future. Very convenient. I had brought in my RAV4 for a rear brake job and was shown, via pictures, that my rear suspension trailing arms needed replacing. I came back a week later to have that service completed. They completed it sooner than I expected. Andrew, who is highly knowledgeable about car repairs, always explains what work needs to be done and why. Great team of professionals at this shop!

I brought my 2018 Jeep in for an inspection after I was experiencing some strange overheating and misfire issues. Shige's identified the problem very quicky and offered the repair quote after the diagnosis. Once I authorized the repairs and they tore into the engine, they noticed an issue with the block. I had repair work done at a different shop for the same issue less than 1 year prior to this repair. Shige's found the issue, where I believe the other shop overlooked it and just did the repair. Shige's attention to detail most likely saved me from a future costly repair. With both the heads and block now suspect, Shige's was able to source a whole new engine and likely saved me money and headache in the future. Their work ethic, knowledge, experience and strong customer service had made me a customer and will keep me as a customer for many years.
