I appreciate Steve's help to find a lower cost solution (i.e., replacing the ball joint on the shifter cable) rather than having to pursue the more expensive option (replacing the entire shifter cable with dealer parts)

Took my Durango in for multiple repairs. I had the AC, inoperable window, hard starting, oil leak repaired and oil changed. The customer service and auto repair was excellent. Steve updated me and clearly explained what was repaired. As in previous Shige's repairs, all good. Additionally this time they disinfected the interior of the Durango due to the pandemic.

Despite being in the middle of a pandemic, the guys at Shige's did not let that get in the way of offering top notch service. Took my '01 Lexus GS in for A/C, brake system, alignment concerns and an overall checkup. I was provided a courtesy shuttle service both ways and found that my brakes were still okay for the time being, which saved me a good chunk of time and money, as I was originally planning on doing that myself. They ended up just needing a deglazing service. I was given a very detailed inspection report via email, complete with problem descriptions and photos of areas of concern. I was already aware that there were more issues with the car and was happy to let them take care of it. I dropped the car off yesterday morning and got a call this morning saying the job was already done. They sent a driver to pick me up in a nice, clean car. My car was returned, clean and disinfected of any germs in area. The AC now blows ice cold again, and I feel good knowing I scratched a good amount of jobs off the list. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and I was very content with knowing that some much needed service was done correctly. John and his guys know what they're doing and do their job very well. I am happy to pay someone what they deserve for good work that they stand behind.

Took my 2008 Prius with 204k in miles for preventative maintenance. I initially requested BG EPR service, which is popular from the prius forums, along with pcv and plugs. They also did an inspection and found I had a dirty mass air flow sensor and throttle body. They took care of everything and I can tell my car is running better. I feel confident that my car will stay in great shape for years to come. Steve, Kyle and John are great, trustworthy and have my recommendation.
