Very honest, Great Service, you can trust your vehicle to this professional shop. My Mom was Executive Secretary for top Nissan Executives and she would would schedule their vehicles to Shige's (John and his father) for service. She could not use local dealerships to avoid showing corporate favoritism of one over the other. Shige's is better than the dealerships! In my case I needed a SMOG cert (Dread these) they sent me to Best Buy SMOG 1209 W 190th St A, Gardena, CA 90248, (310) 538-2070 to get SMOG first, so if any problems show up? they will use the data to perform repairs (Smart). Best buy got me in and out in a very short time - by far the best SMOG test experience I have ever had! Major brake work was needed on my truck so they offered me a free rental to use (I did not need, so I declined). They also offered free UBER or Their Shuttle Service, I chose shuttle with Randy. Next day Randy also picked me up when truck was ready. While at home I received call updating me on progress (Great communication). I have seen their business grow over the years, even so I still see John in the shop greeting customers, getting his hands dirty and helping his mechanics. I have no relationship with Shige's other than that of a customer. No payment was made for this review. Sincerely; Shawn Hanners

I just wanted to Thank You guys for doing such a wonderful job on my car. The details you guys provide from your computer makes it so much easier to see in person, what is needed or not necessary at the time of service. I'm glad I went to you guys. I will definitely be back. Thanks again !!!

Kyle was friendly and professional and gave a clear explanation of the issue and service(s) required. The customer area was tidy and welcoming. The service was done in a timely, professional manner as well. My only suggestions for improvement are the following: Suggest the staff adjust their double computer screens such that when customers enter the office, they can see the staff. I was greeted in a friendly manner when I entered, but I couldn't tell who was speaking to me (: I did not receive a call about the status of my vehicle as promised, but I was promptly cared for when I called in to check on the car. Also, for the 2 main services I received, the price of one was more than the dealer would have charged and the price of the other was lower than the dealer's price. It evened out in the end, but I guess I was expecting a bit more savings by choosing Shige's over the dealer. All in all, I was happy with the service I received at Shige's - as I have been in the past.

I visited a while back and I am still in awe! This place is amazing & super friendly! I have visited 3 different auto shops and no one could figure out what was happening to my car. In a couple of minutes, they were able to find the problem + additional fixes my car was in desperate need of. I felt so relieved that I finally had an answer. On top of that, I had to fix my transmission fluid WHICH I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT. Thankfully, they were able to help with that too. My car feels like new again and I couldn’t be happier. Additionally, they ordered me an Uber to help me with my transportation needs. Their customer service is PHENOMENAL & I’m really glad that I was referred to them. Plus, they are super affordable. I know that every penny is worth it here.
