My first repair at Shige's, Took my 2000 Durango. They did a lot of repairs and replaced fluids. All good. Service Advisors are all professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Rare to find a business that is top notch from person helping you to reason you went to their business. I will continue to go to Shige.s for all my auto repair needs for my 2 cars.

First time and won't be the last. I dealt with two service advisors (Randy and Daniel) both were very professional, courteous and friendly. They had a 30 point inspection done to my car and sent me the results which included recommendations and pictures for my evaluation. Final choice is yours if you want them to do the work.

Anyone can be a mechanic to fix cars, but not a lot of people can really exemplify excellent customer service. Fixing cars is one thing, but I'm always taken care of as a customer at Shige's. I just brought my vehicle into Shige for an oil change because Shige offers the best value on oil changes. No other mechanic is taking pictures from the insides of my car so that I know and can see what is going on underneath the hood. Because of attention to detail like this, I trust Shige to properly resolve any issues with this car. Also, no other shop is as customer friendly as Shige's Premier. The shop has got all the amenities to make my visit fantastic.
