I really like the customer first business model. The initial contact staff greeted me immediately and was very knowledgeable of my car. Their inspection of the vehicle was very detailed and extensive. Inspecting my air filter and cabin air filter is not easy but they did it. All the services they did on the car was done correctly and no trace of any leftover oil or grease. They even cleaned the engine cover. This was my first encounter with them and it won't be the last.

Five Stars All Day. Amazing service, customer service is outstanding!

I used to religiously take my car to the dealership for all of my repairs until I discovered Shige’s. I like how they explain the repairs that are needed or can wait. They have also showed me pictures of the undercarriage of my car so I could see any issues with my car. I have since then told a friend about Shiges, and she in turn has told her friends and relatives who started going to Shige’s too.
