I am impressed with the positive change taking place with servicing my car at Shige’s. Have been a long time customer and always trusted the quality of work performed there. Now the climate has changed in terms of customer service. All of the front office workers are very friendly and willing to help you in anyway. Now that I don’t have a second car, it is little more difficult for me to drop off and pick-up my car but with their private shuttle service, problem solved.
