To have known John 20 yrs ago and see the growth from a very friendly family owned business into a now much more professional shop that still has the Family feel is wonderful to watch. Shige’s provides the best service every time. AAA told me I needed a new alternator, but after their thorough inspection I just needed a needed a new battery. They saved me a bunch of money. I highly recommend Shige’s.

John has taken care of my car and all of my parent’s cars for years. He and his highly skilled staff work with honesty and integrity. I have total confidence in his diagnostic skills and know that I will receive an honest and fair estimate of the cost of my repairs. He always tells me which repairs need to be done now and which can wait. He sincerely cares about customer satisfaction as evidenced by his persistent attempts to successfully solve the air conditioning problem in my 2003 Honda Pilot. Additionally, there have been a few times that he thoughtfully provided complimentary repairs to my car. I will happily never visit a dealership again. Friendly-trustworthy neighborhood shop. Car dealers will use scare tactics to sell you service that you don’t need, but you won’t find a money-sucking adviser at this shop. No sir.
